Find Your Home

My team will scan the market regularly for suitable listings. We will schedule times to tour your homes of interest and adjust criteria if necessary.

Sign Contract

The Purchase and Sale (P&S) is signed by both parties and you give the agreed deposit amount as a sign of good faith.

Inspections

Schedule the home inspection and we will negotiate any repair requests and issues found.

Make An Offer

After finding the right home, we will put in a strong offer and negotiate the terms of the contract.

Appraisal

Your lender will secure an appraisal to ensure the property is worth the loan and purchase price.

Order appraisal and obtain homeowners insrance if needed.

Recieve clear to close from lender and preform final walk-through before closing.
