Mortgage rates continue to climb, but there's good news for buyers. Buyer and seller expectations are starting to meet eye-to-eye, with 17.2% of listings reducing their asking price this September, as opposed to last year's 19.5%. This means that the seller's market is starting to settle, with less mismatched seller/buyer price expectations.
